We want you to be happy with your purchase! Web orders are ONLY eligible for refund if returned within a strict 7 days of receiving your order.
All returns must meet the following requirements:
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of you receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached in original condition.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Return Shipping costs are not reimbursed by The Runway Outlet.
Swim, undergarments, shoes, jewelry, and accessories are FINAL SALE. 

Final Sale and Special Order items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
If any returns do not meet the specified requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a exchange or store credit if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. How should I send my return back?
  • Make sure that your return meets all of the above requirements.
  • Securely repackage your items carefully.

Exchange / Store Credit & Processing Time
Orders usually take 4-7 business days from shipment date to be delivered. Just because you receive an email saying your item was shipped does not necessarily mean it will be shipped that day; it just means the order was processed for shipment.

Keep in mind that all orders have a 1-3 day processing and packing period before estimated shipping transits apply.
If your package arrives at The Runway Outlet Returns Department within the strict 7-day timeline specified above, you will be refunded by Shopify within 72 hours. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
