Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Web orders are eligible for refunds if items are returned within a strict 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags, in their original packaging. Returned items and return shipping costs are your responsibility until they reach the return address. Please keep a record of your return tracking info. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned items. Any items that are damaged, altered, worn, or stained when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds DO NOT include any shipping or handling charges. We will send you a confirmation email when your items have been received by The Runway Outlet. Typically, refunds take approximately 3 - 5 business days to reflect onto your account. Swim, undergarments, shoes, jewelry, and accessories are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
All returns must meet the following requirements.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of you receiving your order.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached in original condition.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by The Runway Outlet.
Final Sale and Special Order items are not eligible for refunds.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. Order Processing Time
Orders usually take 4-6 business days from shipment date to be delivered. Just because you receive an email saying your item was shipped does not necessarily mean it will be shipped that day; it just means the order was processed for shipment.
We currently use one type of shipping process.
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days transit
*Keep in mind that all orders have a 1-3 day processing and packing period before estimated shipping transits apply.
If your package arrives at The Runway Outlet Returns Department within the strict 7-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed and be reflected as a refund to your account within 3 - 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
